For customers within Nairobi, Territories Technologies offers same-day delivery on orders placed before 4:00 p.m., which is ideal for urgent laptop, printer, projector, or accessory needs.
Orders placed later in the day are processed for next delivery runs or as agreed with the customer, especially around weekends and holidays.
For customers outside Nairobi, the store provides same-day dispatch and next-day delivery countrywide, using trusted courier partners to reach major towns across Kenya.

Brand-new laptops and desktops typically come with a one-year warranty mainly on hardware parts, excluding damage from electrical surges or misuse, while refurbished and pre-owned computers carry a six-month warranty.
For refurbished machines, there is a one-month warranted battery life and a one-month warranty on parts such as keyboards, batteries, speakers, and storage drives, after which coverage is limited to the motherboard only.
Accessories and computer parts like adapters and chargers have a one-month warranty, while external storage devices and LCD screens have no warranty once tested and accepted on delivery or at the shop.
Items sold under “Dubai Warranty” do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty, so Territories Technologies does not offer any warranty on them, and customers are advised to test these units thoroughly before purchase or immediately upon delivery.
What is your return and refund policy if I receive a defective product?
If you purchase a defective product or one with manufacturing errors, you have a 10-day return window from the date of purchase to report the issue and initiate a return.
Refurbished items can also be returned for exchange within the first 10 days, provided the defect falls under the stated warranty conditions and is not due to physical, liquid, or electrical damage.
A refund may be issued where a product is completely defective upon delivery and qualifies under manufacturer warranty or the store’s return guidelines.
